“Bone Tumors Diagnostics”.

Authors: Professor Michael J. Klein, ISS member, Hospital for Special Surgery and Memorial Sloan Kattering Cancer Center, New York and Dmitry Rogozhin, PhD (Medicine), ISS member, the head of the anatomic pathology department in the Russian Children’s Clinical Hospital, Moscow.

 

Course “Bone Tumors Diagnostics” includes:

  • Preparing the customer-focused set of educational cases;
  • Three educational sessions per a 3 months;
  • Discussion of different bone tumor cases;
  • Joint discussion and analysis of bone tumor cases (similar to the work with Multi-Head microscope);
  • Answering question during and after the course;
  • Checking the gained knowledge;

We hold the training on the base of Digital Pathology© platform using the DP Collaboration© solution for studying and case analysis. Each study session means case analysis of chosen or suggested theme. The work and the discussion between the speaker and the group remind the work with multi-head microscope. The speaker chooses the cases according the group’s requests. The time of each session is not longer than 3 hours.
